Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your package.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
- Normal handling is expected; items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as swimwear, lingerie, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
- If the item is defective upon arrival, this must be reported with clear photo evidence.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or are not in original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
- In case of approved returns, the item must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
RETURN PROCESS

- Address
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process it within 7 business days. If approved, your refund or replacement will be confirmed within this period.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any reason.
